Water is the first infrastructure.
Nothing else works without it. Housing, agriculture, industry, healthcare and schooling all sit downstream of a reliable water supply, and in much of the world that supply is either fragile or absent.
We look at the physical systems that make water dependable: intake, supply, treatment and distribution. That means the unglamorous work — drilling, pipelines, pump stations, storage, the connections between a source and the people who need it.
Salt & Soil gives us direct capability here: water intake systems, horizontal directional drilling, wells, pipelines, and related treatment and distribution infrastructure, domestic and international.

Reliable power, used well.
Energy determines whether a business can operate predictably. We evaluate opportunities in reliable generation and distribution, and in the efficiency measures that lower the cost and waste of running an operation.
Reliable energy makes productive work possible, and responsible use of resources is usually the same decision as good cost discipline. We look for the projects where both hold true.
We assess energy opportunities as an operator would: what it costs to build, what it costs to run, and whether the demand is durable.

Connectivity and the software that runs the work.
Connectivity has become an essential utility. We look at telecom and fiber infrastructure in markets where access is still thin, and at the ground-level technology that lets an operating business actually be managed.
